About the Job
TechCorp Global is seeking an experienced Staff Distributed Systems Engineer to lead the architecture of our core cloud messaging engine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain fault-tolerant, high-throughput microservices.
• Architect low-latency distributed databases with automated failover.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive architectural RFCs across engineering teams.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Deep mastery of modern PHP 8.3, Go, or Rust, along with MySQL / PostgreSQL internals.
• Experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and Redis caching layers.
Key Responsibilities:
